Penalty receipts
If the penalty notice for the violation cannot be delivered in accordance with Food/Feed Safety, Veterinary and Plant Protection Code, the penalty notice shall be published on the official Agency webpage (www.nfa.gov.ge). In this instance, the penalty notice shall be deemed to be delivered on the 30th day following the publication. After elapse of 60 days following the publication of the penalty notice, in case of failure to pay the penalty amount, the penalty notice shall be enforced.
